TechnologyCircle GmbH operates Cadentive (cadentive.com) and is the controller for personal data processed as described in this policy, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

When Cadentive is used by a business customer, Cadentive may process personal data on that customer’s behalf. In those cases, the customer is typically the controller for customer-provided data, and TechnologyCircle GmbH acts as processor as described in the applicable contract and data processing agreement.

If you are an end customer or meeting participant and want to exercise privacy rights relating to data submitted by a Cadentive customer, you should usually contact that customer first.
